There really is a wealth of things you can do as part of the Love Where You Live campaign. Whether it's big or small, simple or complicated, whatever you do it's guaranteed to make a difference. Everyone can play their part ­- and it couldn't be easier.

You could start with something simple like picking up and binning the litter that's making your street look untidy. If you're keen to do more, why not get involved in a group event like a Big Tidy Up? Or maybe you live near a beach that needs a clean up?

And, as important as it is, Love Where You Live isn't just about litter and grime. It's also about adding something to an area, like planting trees to provide a haven for urban wildlife, or to simply brighten a place up.
